Welding Technology - AAS

Program Code: AAS.60897

This Associate Degree combines specialized welding training with technical and general education coursework.  Graduates can pursue a career in inspection, instruction, weld related sales, business ownership, and all skilled trades that utilize welding.  These areas include: Millwright, Pipe-fitter, Welder, Boilermaker, Sheet Metal, Ironworker, and Machine Repair.  American Welding Society SENSE Certification opportunities are included in this program.

  1. A Grade of “C” (2.0) or higher is required in CAD 114 , MT 113  or SKMT 111  and all WELD courses.
