- Describe the three phases of size-up and their relationship to problem identification
- Demonstrate the ability to select tactics and strategy using the command sequence
- Identify strategy and tactics and determine acceptable assignments to implement an action plan
- Define the need for a management system and demonstrate how ICS can be applied
