Students practice the marketing principles they have learned throughout the marketing program. Through interactive and real-world problems and case studies, students will apply marketing research, principles, and strategies to a variety of situations. This course may include competitions, case studies, group projects, student presentations, and applied research with organizations in and around the region.

Outcomes and Objectives
- Demonstrate understanding of marketing strategy concepts and their interrelatedness in relation to the problems and needs of an organization.
- Integrate past marketing concepts into marketing strategies
- Identify the problems and/or needs within an organization
- Develop marketing strategies and recommendations for problems
- Conduct market research
- Experiment with marketing research techniques, such as focus groups, surveys, and interviews.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis during the research process
- Use critical thinking and analytic skills to interpret the research
- Develop marketing strategies using research results.
- Evaluate organizational situations using case studies and/or regional businesses
- Develop an outline of the analysis process
- Manage a marketing analysis process to ensure timely and cost-efficient results
- Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to provide an analysis of potential strategies
- Use traditional and digital marketing applications as part of strategy recommendations
- Prepare a marketing report
- Explore a variety of marketing report presentations and materials
- Produce a formal marketing report
