Demonstrate understanding of the Delta College Dental Clinic protocol and forms.
1. Construct a patient binder using patient care forms in the proper order for appointment sequence.
2. Document patient care forms using detail and accuracy in practice scenarios.

Explain the significance of developing a dental hygiene diagnosis as a component of the dental hygiene process of care.

2. Identify and determine key terms and concepts related to planning dental hygiene care.
