The Advanced Certificate in Engineering program provides students with the foundational courses in the first year of most Bachelor of Science engineering degrees. Students take basic science, engineering, and math courses as well as general education courses required by most engineering schools. Upon completion of program, students can transfer to a 4-year institution to complete their final three years of engineering. The Michigan Transfer Network and Articulation agreements with many universities in Michigan make the transfer of our graduates seamless.
