This program will provide education and skill training for service technicians in the Refrigeration Service Industry. Technicians on the job are needed to test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and sell the wide range of mechanical and electrical appliances and components in this field.

Notations

A Grade of “C” (2.0) or higher is required in HVAC 150 and HVAC 230 which are also key courses and must be completed within 5 years of completing the certificate. Failure to complete within the stated time frame will require you to repeat this course. See Academic Policies and Information /Graduation Requirements .
Prior to enrollment, Delta requires that new students complete the Accuplacer Exam or have appropriate scores on the SAT. The Accuplacer exam identifies current skill levels in Math, English, and Reading and could impact which courses you may enroll in. You are advised to take MTH 099 if your algebra skills are weak
