- Diagnose/repair/service suspension/steering, engine performance/drivability, and electrical systems to meet factory service information standards and NATEF task list requirements.
- Perform all necessary tasks on live customer vehicles to the customer's satisfaction and industry standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge to document completed repairs.
