EMS 112 - Basic Emergency Medical Technician IIICredits: 2 Third in a sequence of four courses to prepare a student as a Basic EMT. Emphasizes bandaging, splinting, backboarding concerning injuries to the head & spine as well as musculoskeletal systems. To successfully pass this course, the student will be required to successfully complete the national registry exam and obtain a state license. Fees for this exam and license are the responsibility of the student.
