Introduces the smallest meaningful units of American Sign Language then provides a further continuation of this process by focusing on fingerspelling and numbers in greater context. It eposes and expands on the ability to perceive handshapes and numbers within the context. It addresses expressive and receptive skills.

Outcomes and Objectives
1. Model handshape accurately in alphabetical order.
2. Demonstrate numbers up to one billion by forming numbers expressively.
3. Recall numbers up to one billion receptively.
4. Use clunking numerical concept in a combination of three or four numbers at a time.
5. Identify the fingerspelled words through context.
6. Present how time is signed and perceived.
7. Demonstrate familiarization of the use of acronyms or lexicated words.
